 A well known Organization is looking for the below positions to fill up urgently:

1-HR Coordinator

Assist HR manager with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.

• Excellent in both English & Arabic speaking.

• Must have 2-3 years experience.

• Must maintain track record of annual leaves, sick leaves, employee file.

• Proficiency in Microsoft excel.

• Must have organizational skill.

• Must have an excellent time management skills and meet deadlines.

• Must support administration department.

• License would be beneficial.

2-Executive Secretary

• Must be English speaking & Arabic speaking would be beneficial.

• Proficiency in Microsoft excel.

• Must be able to administrative task.

• Drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.

• Will be assisting CEO.

• Arranges travel & accommodation for executives.

• Taking notes of meeting & record of meetings.

• Arranging meetings.

• Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

• Must be immediate joiner.

3-Sales Promoter

• Full time promoter.

• Salary depending on working hours & Experience.

• 10 hours will be standard time.

• Candidates with license would be beneficial.

• Good in communication & presentable.

• Should be 18 visa.
