Senior Leasing Officer

Senior Leasing Officer is responsible for managing the leasing process for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Responsible for identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, preparing lease agreements, and managing the lease renewal process. In addition, he is responsible for maintaining relationships with current tenants and responding to their inquiries and concerns. Responsible for ensuring that all leasing activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for the real estate portfolio.
Manage the leasing process, including marketing properties, screening potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and processing lease renewals.
Collaborate with property owners and property managers to ensure that leasing activities are aligned with the overall objectives of the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records, including tenant files, lease agreements, and occupancy reports.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing tenant concerns and providing high-quality customer service.
Conduct market research to identify trends in tenant demand, rental rates, and other relevant factors that may impact the leasing of properties.
Manage tenant retention programs, including developing and implementing strategies to retain existing tenants and reduce tenant turnover.
Work with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and attract potential tenants.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure that lease agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular reports and updates on leasing activities to senior management, including occupancy rates, rental income, and leasing pipeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
