1. Seafood Chef: (A major restaurant company)
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in cooking.
- Extensive experience in seafood preparation and cooking techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of various seafood types and their seasonal availability.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
