Avionics Engineer (JR10343445)

You will perform testing, repair, inspection, and sign-off on avionics components, ensuring they are serviceable and compliant with Airbus’s Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and Quality Control Manual (RSQCM). Expect to participate in 24/7 AOG repair duty, contribute to process improvements, and support maintenance policies and standardization.

#VIE – Tools and Methods Engineer (JR10327637)

As part of Airbus’s Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program (EU nationals 18–28), you’ll support the development of working parties in Dubai, lead procurement and warehouse setup, prepare hangar operations at DWC Airport, help relocate warehouse and working-party teams, and define technical specifications with procurement and quality stakeholders. Ideal for fresh graduates eager to combine industrial engineering, logistics, and operations management in an international setting.

Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) (JR10319491)

Deliver Airbus Flight Crew Training Program (FCTP) courses, assess trainee pilots, and produce grading reports. You’ll brief, debrief, and ensure training compliance with Airbus and Airworthiness Authorities. You may travel across the region to support Airbus training centres.

Requirements

Avionics Engineer

  • Minimum secondary school education

  • 6+ months in aviation maintenance/manufacturing or electronics/electrical engineering, or aviation college graduate

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office

  • Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication

  • Physically and mentally fit for safety-critical work

  • Team-player with readiness to assume responsibility

#VIE – Tools and Methods Engineer

  • EU citizen (incl. Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), aged 18–28

  • Technical background (assembly line, industrial environment a plus)
