Job Description
As a Music Teacher, your primary purpose is to deliver engaging, curriculum-based music lessons that stimulate creativity and foster a lifelong love of the arts. You will work within the SABIS® educational model and contribute to a structured yet inspiring classroom environment. The role also includes administrative, supervisory, and extracurricular responsibilities to support overall school life and student development.
Job Responsibilities

Deliver music instruction using provided SABIS® lesson plans or create them based on pacing charts

Teach students musical concepts, instrument handling, vocal skills, and performance techniques

Evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and practical assessments

Foster a classroom environment based on respect, discipline, and creativity

Encourage participation in music-related events, recitals, and extracurricular activities

Collaborate with the Student Life Coordinator (SLC) for arts-based initiatives and performances

Assist low-performing students with tailored guidance and support

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field
