Job Description: Coordinator – Passes & Permits
The Coordinator – Passes & Permits is responsible for managing and processing essential operational passes at Dubai Airports. This includes staff, visitor, equipment, ADP, and car park access passes. The role demands precision, system fluency, and excellent cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also be a technical point-of-contact for the Amin system, managing accounts, training users, and supporting continuous improvements in permit processing.
Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with Engineering Services teams and external contractors on all permit issuance

Process and monitor new staff, visitor, equipment, and vehicle access passes

Manage the Manager Account in the Amin system, including user verification and system updates

Provide training and updates to sub-account holders

Handle contractor and staff inquiries, guiding them on documentation and access procedures

Generate weekly and monthly permit processing reports

Draft memorandums, resolve system queries, and streamline administrative workflows
