Job Description

Aster DM Healthcare, one of the leading healthcare providers in the UAE, is seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join Wahat Al Aman Homecare Services in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality homecare nursing services to patients in a home setting.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications as per medical guidelines.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and therapy exercises.
• Monitor patient progress, document medical records, and report any significant changes to physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on post-care treatment and health management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, doctors, and other nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.

Job Requirements:

• Education: GNM, BSc, PBSc, or MSc in Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or hospital settings.
• License: Open to candidates with or without a DOH license (License is required for final hiring).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, patient care abilities, and working independently in home settings.
• Availability: Must be currently in the UAE to join immediately.

• Salary: AED 4000-6000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
