Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Math Teachers to join our faculty for the 2025-2026 academic year. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mathematics, skilled at making complex concepts accessible, and able to inspire students to develop a deep understanding of the subject.

This position requires an educator who can encourage logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and mathematical confidence while integrating real-world applications into lessons.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Implementation

• Teach mathematics across multiple grade levels using engaging, student-centered teaching methodologies.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with AERO Common Core and CBS curriculum standards.
• Utilize technology, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to enhance student understanding.
• Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving approaches in students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and challenge students appropriately.

Student Development & Assessment

• Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and classroom participation.
• Provide individualized support and intervention strategies to help students succeed.
• Identify and encourage students with special mathematical talents to participate in math competitions.
• Offer constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement and confidence in students.

Classroom Management & School Engagement

• Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment that supports active learning.
• Promote student retention by ensuring 98-100% re-registration for the following academic year.
• Act as an ambassador of CBS, promoting the school’s values, policies, and excellence in education.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance student learning experiences.

Professional Development & Compliance

• Stay updated with best practices in mathematics education and emerging educational technologies.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Adhere to CBS policies, procedures, and academic standards.
