Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced KG Teacher to join our vibrant team for the 2025-2026 academic year. This role is essential in laying the foundation for early childhood development, fostering curiosity, and creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

• Utilize a variety of engaging teaching tools such as games, music, art, videos, books, and technology.
• Implement play-based and hands-on learning methodologies to enhance student engagement.
• Teach core subjects including phonics, numeracy, science, and arts in a bilingual setting.
• Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with grade-level standards and early childhood learning objectives.

Student Progress & Assessment

• Monitor student development in key areas such as academics, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Maintain student portfolios, record progress, and submit regular progress reports.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments to ensure comprehensive student evaluation.

Parental & School Engagement

• Build strong parent relationships using digital platforms (e.g., Class Dojo, Instagram).
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school-wide events.
• Assist in planning field trips, assemblies, and student competitions.

Classroom & School Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for classroom management and student discipline.
• Participate in curriculum development, school committees, and accreditation processes.
• Contribute to classroom decoration, inventory management, and ordering learning materials.
• Attend division meetings, collaborative planning sessions, and professional development programs.

General Expectations

• Ensure adherence to the English-speaking policy during lessons (except for Arabic and Islamic studies).
• Uphold school policies on dress code, assessments, and classroom expectations.
• Be flexible to cover staff absences when required and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Reporting & Accountability

• Report directly to the Division Principal and adhere to all school policies and procedures.
