About the Role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual with a passion for luxury retail. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client receives a personalized and unforgettable shopping experience.

Your primary goal is to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service that reflects the Louis Vuitton promise. You will utilize clienteling tools and techniques to maintain lasting connections and enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales Performance:

• Engage with clients to provide a luxurious and tailored shopping experience.
• Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships through strong clienteling techniques.
• Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional level of service.
• Stay up-to-date with Louis Vuitton products, collections, and trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Brand Representation & Store Standards:

• Uphold Louis Vuitton’s brand values by delivering excellence in customer service.
• Ensure all displays and merchandise are presented according to brand guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Support in-store events, product launches, and VIP client experiences.

Clienteling & Relationship Building:

• Utilize clienteling tools to track customer preferences and provide a personalized experience.
• Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage future visits.
• Develop a strong client book, engaging with new and repeat customers.

Team Collaboration & Growth:

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance store performance.
• Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
• Participate in training programs and career development opportunities to enhance skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Previous experience in retail, luxury fashion, or customer service is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Passion for luxury, fashion, and client service.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in high-end fashion, luxury brands, or department stores.
• Knowledge of clienteling tools and CRM systems.
