We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our Kuwait City team in February 2025, playing a crucial role in brand promotion, digital marketing, and guest engagement.

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the hotel’s marketing and promotional activities, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all social media, advertising, and communication channels. You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy:

• Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Analyze data and prepare market insights to support marketing strategies.
• Assist the Marketing Agency in developing and evaluating hotel campaigns.
• Liaise with local partners and platforms to execute targeted campaigns.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing:

• Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms to ensure consistent branding.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with audiences, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Communicate with the regional office on digital marketing initiatives and paid advertising efforts.

Sales & Event Promotions:

• Collaborate with the sales and events team to promote special offers, seasonal packages, and corporate events.
• Assist in public relations efforts, including press releases and influencer collaborations.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with Radisson’s brand standards and sustainability goals.

Customer Engagement & Reputation Management:

• Collect and analyze guest feedback and online reviews to gain marketing insights.
• Reply to guest comments on social media and online travel platforms.
• Support the loyalty program (Radisson Rewards) by promoting its benefits and engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or retail.
• Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Creativity in developing promotional campaigns and marketing materials.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with hotel marketing or luxury brands.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and CRM tools.
