Job Responsibilities
1. Assistant General Manager
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate teams to maintain service excellence.
- Manage budgets, revenue targets, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
2. Assistant Managers & Supervisors
- Supervise daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
- Handle guest complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and order placement.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotions to boost sales.
3. Waiters
- Provide exceptional table service to guests.
- Recommend menu items and assist guests with food & beverage selections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
- Process orders promptly and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
