1. Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of high-rise construction projects.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Maintain safety and compliance with UAE construction regulations.
- Report progress and resolve on-site challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in UAE high-rise projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in the role of Construction Manager.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
2. Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring construction activities.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and site supervisors.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Supervise and manage engineering teams on-site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE high-rise projects.
- At least 3 years in the role of Project Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge and project management skills.
