Position: Finance Manager

Location: Kuwait (Local hiring only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Utilize advanced SAP S/4HANA Cloud systems to streamline financial management processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and business performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper financial controls are in place.
• Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  (Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.)
• 5–8 years of proven experience in financial management roles, preferably within the retail industry or related sectors.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and other financial management systems is a must.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to focus on financial forecasting and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, especially in retail operations.
• Candidates must be located in Kuwait and possess a valid, transferable residency.
