Key Responsibilities:

Sales Manager:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly.
• Oversee and train the sales team to optimize performance.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.

Waiters:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same role is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to join immediately.
• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
