Nellie’s Beauty Spa and Barber Shop, located in Nairobi at the Bee Center, is urgently hiring skilled and passionate professionals to join our team. We are looking for individuals with exceptional talent, creativity, and a strong commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Open Positions

1. Nail Technician
   • Expertise in Perfect Acrylics: Ability to design and apply high-quality acrylic nails.
   • Proficiency in Perfect Gum Gel application.
   • Skilled in Tips and Overlays for nails.
   • A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver unique nail art designs tailored to client preferences.
2. Hair Dresser
   • Specialization in Locs Installation and Retouch: Must have experience working with natural hair textures and maintaining locs.
   • Mastery of Braided Hairstyles, including various traditional and trendy braiding techniques.
   • Adept at creating customized hairstyles suited to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Ensure a warm, welcoming experience for clients by maintaining professionalism and attentiveness to their requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Deliver services that meet and exceed client expectations, maintaining the spa’s high standards.
• Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to the best practices for cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Collaboration: Work harmoniously with the team to uphold the spa’s values and contribute to its growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Certification in beauty and hairstyling courses is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques.
