We are hiring for the following positions:
1. Room Attendant
- Role Overview:
As a Room Attendant, you will ensure guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment in a 4- or 5-star hotel setting. - Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and tidying tasks for guest rooms and common areas.
- Restock amenities, linens, and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Deliver exceptional service to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
2. Senior Cleaning Supervisor
- Role Overview:
As a Senior Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning operations, lead a team of cleaning staff, and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. This role requires extensive experience and leadership abilities to manage high-quality services effectively. - Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
- Develop cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure all staff adhere to safety and cleaning protocols.
- Inspect and audit cleaning services to maintain quality control.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- BICS certification is mandatory.
