Key Responsibilities
1. Reservations Agent
- Manage and process guest reservations efficiently via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and packages.
- Upsell rooms and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
2. Front Office Associates
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience at all times.
3. Telephone Operator
- Answer and transfer call promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries and coordinate communication between departments.
- Maintain accurate records of messages and requests.
4. Housekeeping Attendants
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Replenish room supplies and ensure a comfortable stay for guests.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
