Woodlem Park School, Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Principal Secretary to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the school’s administrative processes and providing top-notch support to the Principal and leadership team. The Principal Secretary will act as a bridge between the administration, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Principal and school leadership team.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Principal.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and correspondence in an accessible manner.
- Handle incoming communication such as calls, emails, and letters, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents as required.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, preferably within an educational institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
