Job Title: Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in alignment with the hotel’s standards and policies.

1. Sales & Marketing Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Strong involvement in sales activities, promotions, and campaigns to enhance hotel visibility.

1. Revenue Management:

• Analyze and optimize the hotel’s revenue through effective pricing strategies.
• Implement and monitor revenue-generating initiatives to meet financial goals.

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the hotel team to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide training and development opportunities to staff, fostering a culture of excellence.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• Establish strong relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

1. Administrative Duties:

• Prepare and present operational reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

General Requirements:

• Male or Female candidates are welcome.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
• Expertise in Sales & Marketing and a strong understanding of Revenue Management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Outstanding leadership abilities, with the capability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
