Available Positions
We are hiring for multiple roles in the following categories to ensure CAVO sets the benchmark for nightlife in Bahrain:
- Manager (Nightlife Experience Required):
Lead the lounge operations, ensure top-notch guest experience, and manage a dynamic team. - Outlet Supervisor:
Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless service. - Hostess:
Be the welcoming face of CAVO, ensuring guests feel special from the moment they arrive. - Bartenders:
Craft signature cocktails and create unique experiences for our guests. - Waiters/Waitresses:
Deliver exceptional table service and ensure guest satisfaction. - Security/Bouncers:
Ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. - Lifeguards:
Maintain safety in pool-adjacent lounge areas, ensuring guests can relax worry-free.

Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the role applied for (preferably in a luxury or nightlife environment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Bilingual skills (Arabic and English) are an advantage but not mandatory.
