UFC Gym Qatar is urgently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key player in supporting HR operations, the HR Coordinator will ensure the smooth execution of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and training initiatives. This role demands a highly organized individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor law compliance.
Job Summary
The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient HR functions and fostering a positive work environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are upheld, while actively contributing to employee satisfaction and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, organizational charts, and recruitment records.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with conflict resolution and grievance handling under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives and fostering collaboration.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Prepare and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Qatar labor laws.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment and resolve any related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and overtime.
Compliance & Recordkeeping
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain secure and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and training progress.
Training & Development
- Coordinate and organize training sessions for staff, covering areas such as customer service, safety, and skill development.
- Track and monitor employee performance reviews and training completion.
Administrative Support
- Manage HR-related correspondence and internal communications.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing new policies and HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the service or education sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in the education or driving school industry.
