Job Summary:
As part of our expansion, we are hiring for civil positions across multiple domains, including project management, site supervision, construction engineering, and quality control. Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise in civil engineering and a strong understanding of construction practices, quality control, and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring that they are completed according to plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Oversee the construction of civil infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of construction work.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure that work is completed on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and daily logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical support and advice to team members and stakeholders.
• Handle on-site issues, including solving technical problems, addressing delays, and ensuring effective communication between teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in civil engineering or construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
