The Client Interview will be held in Chennai on the 4th and 5th of January 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the venue details upon successful screening of their applications.
Open Positions
- Business Excellence – Manager/Assistant Manager
- Role Overview: The Manager/Assistant Manager of Business Excellence will be responsible for driving operational efficiency across projects and aligning processes with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) for business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for optimization.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Work closely with leadership teams to meet operational and strategic goals.
- Process Excellence – Engineer/Senior Engineer
- Role Overview: The Process Excellence Engineer will focus on optimizing workflows and ensuring adherence to high-performance standards in construction processes.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve process capability studies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (8D, A3, RCA).
- Prepare detailed reports on process improvements and cost savings.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Total Quality Management (TQM) – Engineer/Senior Engineer
- Role Overview: The TQM Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that quality standards are met across all projects, focusing on defect detection and analysis to improve the overall quality of deliverables.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct control chart analysis and defect detection processes.
- Implement problem-solving frameworks such as 8D, A3, and RCA.
- Support in the preparation and execution of quality audits.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Maintain compliance with TQM principles and ISO standards.
