Stage at Mexican campaign rally collapses, killing at least five

MEXICO CITY — Winds from a fierce electrical storm battered a stage and caused it to collapse during a rally featuring a presidential candidate on Wednesday night, in the suburbs of the northern city of Monterrey.

Samuel García, the governor of Nuevo Leon state, said the death toll had climbed to five, and that an additional 50 were injured.
