A mother discovered 50,000 bees living in her daughter’s walls after her child reported hearing “monsters” in her bedroom.
TikTok user @classashley posted footage from a thermal camera inside her daughter’s room showing heat created by the “monsters” – only to reveal it was thousands of the insects.
The infestation left Ashley’s house dripping with honey.
In follow-up videos, the creator said a beekeeper managed to remove a large majority of the bees and extracted 45kg of honeycomb from the wall.
“He found the queen and was able to safely take the hive to a new home,” she said.
The wall was then sealed off to prevent anyone from getting stung, Ashley added.
