About the Role

As the Senior Officer Human Resources at MBRSG, you will play an integral role in driving the full lifecycle of human resource operations. 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and ensure accurate, on-time employee salary disbursement.
  • Track employee leave balances, perform annual leave closing, and follow up on pending applications in HRMS.
  • Manage retirement provisions under HR Management Law and the Federal General Pension and Social Security Law.
  • Prepare end-of-service statements and conduct thorough exit interviews/investigations upon staff departure.

5. Training, Performance & Reporting

  • Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) plans with department heads to enhance workforce performance within budget limits.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR achievements, KPI dashboards, operational plan reports, and audit reports.
  • Draft and issue official employee letters (e.g., salary certificates, service letters, employment proof).
