Job Purpose

The Senior Officer, Contracts is responsible for compiling accurate contract documentation, coordinating tendering activities, and managing contract administration services. The role ensures that all tendering and contractual processes are completed efficiently while complying with company procedures, legal requirements, and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities

Tendering and Contract Administration

  • Manage the complete tendering process from Expression of Interest (EOI) to contract award.
  • Coordinate all tendering activities for company projects and services.
  • Prepare and distribute contract agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Maintain accurate tender documentation and records.

Tender Documentation

  • Prepare tender documents according to user requirements.
  • Update standard tender templates and communication forms.
  • Compile Tender Board submissions.
  • Coordinate tender invitations and related documentation.
  • Ensure all tender documents meet company standards.

Bid Management

  • Coordinate technical bid opening sessions.
  • Forward technical bids for evaluation.
  • Arrange commercial bid openings.
  • Prepare bid price comparison reports.
  • Support bid clarification activities with contractors.
  • Ensure transparent and compliant bid evaluation processes.

Contract Coordination

  • Prepare contract agreement documents.
  • Coordinate internal review and approvals.

Contractor and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate site visits for third-party bidders.
  • Arrange Letters of Assistance.

  • Monitor submission of bank guarantees and insurance documents.

System Administration and Reporting

  • Assist bidders with online tender submission issues.

  • Prepare management reports on tender progress.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

Experience Required
