Job Purpose

The Associate Manager – Business Partner supports the development and implementation of Human Capital strategies and policies across assigned business functions. The role works closely with leadership teams to strengthen communication, improve workforce planning, resolve HR-related challenges, and ensure employees receive the support they need to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Human Capital Strategy

  • Support Human Capital strategy implementation.
