Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Project Commercial Support professional, you will:
- Support project commercial activities including Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Prepare commercial documentation required for payment processing through banks.
- Create and maintain project costing information in SAP.
- Coordinate project invoicing and ensure timely completion of billing processes.
- Assist Project Managers with commercial transaction support.
- Update SAP systems with revenue, payment collection, and financial information.
- Prepare commercial reports and project status updates for management.
- Support Project Managers with invoicing reports and financial tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–7 years of experience in project commercial support or finance-related roles.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP ERP.
- Experience preparing commercial and banking documentation.
- Knowledge of project invoicing and payment processing.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
