Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Senior Professional, you will:
- Support the end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) setup for the new HVDC factory.
- Manage procurement, material planning, and production preparation activities.
- Execute PR-to-Pay procurement processes using SAP S/4HANA.
- Create RFQs, Purchase Orders, and manage supplier communications.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate material master data and MRP parameters.
- Support production teams by ensuring timely material availability.
- Coordinate with Global Category Managers on sourcing strategies.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers with supplier quality teams.
- Track goods receipts and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs including OTIF, lead times, inventory, and supplier performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement and logistics operations.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of material planning and production planning.
- Experience managing procurement and supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of MRP, sourcing strategies, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
