About Divemaster Job in Saudi Arabia
This Divemaster Job in Saudi Arabia is a site-based role focused on leading dive excursions and assisting in diving instruction aligned with PADI standards.
You will support the Dive Center Manager in daily operations, ensuring safe, professional, and memorable underwater experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead guided dives and assist in diving courses
- Prepare dive boats and training environments daily
- Support dive center operations and logistics
- Ensure all diving activities meet safety and professional standards
- Maintain accurate records for training and dive activities
- Assist with cylinder filling and equipment management
- Drive retail sales and assist customers in dive shops
- Collaborate with sustainability teams on marine conservation initiatives
- Build strong relationships with guests and team members
- Support development of new dive centers across locations
Requirements
- PADI Divemaster certification with active renewal
- Minimum 250 logged dives
- Experience in dive operations and underwater tourism
- Strong knowledge of PADI courses and standards
- Experience in dive retail and hospitality
- Understanding of marine conservation and safety practices
- Fit-to-dive medical certification
