Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand adventure sports offerings across destinations
- Manage training, operations, and execution of adventure programs
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations
- Lead teams of guides, instructors, and support staff
- Maintain equipment, venues, and safety standards
- Promote adventure activities across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management
- Monitor operational performance and provide reports
- Apply international adventure and safety standards
Policies, Systems, and Reporting
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
- Prepare reports and MIS data as per requirements
