In this Manager Adtech Insights Job in Dubai UAE, you will lead the Business Insights function within the Partner Growth organization. You will play a critical role in shaping analytics strategy, driving commercial performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Business Insights function across acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Define KPI frameworks, benchmarking models, and performance tracking systems
- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on vendor performance, pricing, and campaign ROI
- Drive automation and self-serve analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Data teams
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Support country-level performance analysis and growth strategies
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
- Minimum 3+ years leading teams or cross-functional projects
- Strong expertise in SQL and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Deep understanding of data analysis lifecycle and methodologies
- Experience in predictive, causal, and exploratory data analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI automation and agentic AI frameworks
- Background in food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms
- Knowledge of vendor growth strategies and pricing optimization
