About This Role
In this Director of Information Security GRC Job in Dubai, you will lead enterprise governance, risk, and compliance programs while ensuring cybersecurity accountability across global business units.
You will partner with Legal, Internal Audit, HR, Procurement, Retail Operations, and Technology teams to embed security frameworks and regulatory compliance into organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute enterprise Information Security GRC strategy
- Develop cybersecurity governance frameworks and operating models
- Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation programs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and regional regulations
- Lead internal and external cybersecurity audits
- Oversee third-party cybersecurity risk management programs
- Implement GRC automation platforms and reporting dashboards
- Lead cybersecurity awareness and executive training initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field
- 12+ years cybersecurity or technology risk experience
- 5+ years leadership experience in GRC roles
- Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- Strong knowledge of global data protection regulations
- Experience managing enterprise audit environments
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
