About This Role
In this Level Shoes Finance Trainee Job in Dubai, you will gain practical experience in financial monitoring, reporting, and automation initiatives while supporting the Finance team in daily operational activities.
The role provides exposure to real financial processes including reporting enhancements, cost monitoring, and month-end closing within a dynamic luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
- Support automation of reporting tools and Excel models
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on collections
- Analyze Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)
- Track recharge validations aligned with partner agreements
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis tasks
- Support finance team initiatives and reporting improvements
- Prepare VAT returns and tax documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Support audits and financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal finance teams
- Monitor tax law updates and compliance policies
Requirements and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good command of English language
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
