Key Responsibilities
- Support achievement of annual store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain staff coverage and scheduling for excellent customer service
- Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with SOPs
- Oversee after-sales processes including returns and repairs
- Resolve customer complaints and deliver exceptional service
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
- Maintain accuracy in promotions and pricing
- Analyze sales reports to improve stock performance
- Submit daily invoices and sales reports to finance
- Manage cash handling, inventory control, and record keeping
- Ensure loss prevention standards are followed
- Monitor stock movement and discrepancies
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Perform cashier duties when required
