Key Responsibilities
- Develop standard reference designs for utilities and industrial applications
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to promote Eaton solutions
- Map application use cases and define technical solutions
- Create technical tools including CAD designs and specifications
- Support consultants and designers with engineering solutions
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional content
- Continuously improve design frameworks and engineering processes

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, or related engineering field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in utilities or industrial engineering
