This Finance Manager Job in Dubai involves leading financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis for a defined business unit. The role supports strategic decision-making by analysing financial risks, forecasting performance, and improving operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, business managers, and finance teams to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of P&L projections and financial viability analysis
- Organize internal and external financial reporting
- Evaluate business proposals and assess economic impact
- Analyse financial data to forecast business and industry trends
- Assist in financial strategic planning and 3-year business plans
- Monitor cash flow, stock position, and purchase cycles
- Prepare variance analysis against budgets and previous performance
- Control capital expenditure budgets and profitability analysis
- Drive month-end closing and analyse general ledger activity
- Improve financial processes and performance measurement methods
- Monitor IRR studies for new investments and business expansion
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of finance or reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and modelling
- Experience in reporting, consolidation, and month-end closing
- SAP system experience is mandatory
