🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Project Controls Plan aligned with the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
- Establish cost and schedule baselines within project control systems
- Review and validate EPC contractor schedules against contractual milestones
- Perform critical path analysis and risk identification
- Manage cost forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow reporting
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles for performance evaluation
- Oversee progress systems including S-curves and manpower histograms
- Lead change management processes and schedule impact assessments
- Prepare executive dashboards and consolidated client reports
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Accredited four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10–15 years of project controls experience in petrochemical or oil & gas sectors
- Proven experience in PMC environments or large-scale EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
- Experience with cost and schedule risk analysis workshops
