  • Manage project budgets, procurement, and scheduling
  • Administer contracts under FIDIC conditions
  • Oversee traffic management and utility coordination
  • Ensure HSE compliance with Dubai Municipality standards
  • Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams

🎓 Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 12–15 years of UAE road & infrastructure experience
  • Proven experience managing at least one major RTA roads project
  • Must be RTA-approved
  • PMP certification preferred
