The Retail Operations Store Associate role is a core operational position that keeps the store running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the sales floor. You’ll work across stock handling, inventory accuracy, replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store closing activities.

Inventory & Stockroom Operations

  • Assist in loading and unloading containers and cartons into the store or warehouse

  • Assist in clearing the store and stockroom during closing shifts

Store Operations & Compliance

  • Support scheduled store inventory counts as per plan and SOPs

  • Assist Operations In-charge and Brand In-charge in preventing theft and maintaining inventory accuracy

  • Follow proper safety procedures in stockrooms to prevent injuries or property damage

  • Use inventory systems and basic MS Office tools to update records and reports
