The Project Manager – Projects Department (P-GO-2-2) oversees major engineering projects involving new plants, facility expansions, and modifications to existing systems. This includes all project phases:

Inception and conceptual studies
Technical analysis and feasibility assessments
Design and engineering
Procurement and contract management
Execution, commissioning, and operational handover
