SHE Lead KSA Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities
Shipment Forecasting and Stock Norms
A core part of the SHE Lead KSA job is to build and manage dynamic shipment forecasts that support the market’s volume and value targets:

Drive dynamic shipment forecasting for the full year in line with market target norms and SPS standards.

Ensure that market stock norms are maintained in accordance with the IPM model, aligned and confirmed with the business.

Validate the weekly CAN-Do plan – constraining SPS unconstrained volumes based on supply confirmation and ensuring coverage for IMS gaps and stock norms.

Monitor performance weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to track plan versus delivery for total Arabia shipments.

Validate CAN-Do generation for promotion requirements, ensuring that customer service planners have realistic and robust plans for promo volumes.
Financial Planning and S&OP
You will also play a critical role in financial volume planning, ensuring that operational plans align with financial targets and S&OP cycles:

Take accountability for financial planning volume submissions by key deadlines – including S&OP cycles and opening volumes.

Lead DSR (Demand Supply Review) for supply risk mitigation, across both primary and secondary flows, to ensure that Pri Cons (primary consumption) and IMS consumption are aligned for S&OP volume submission.

Co-lead S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) meetings with DFM (Demand/Forecasting Manager) to monitor IMS and shipment progress against plans.
Risk Management and Stakeholder Collaboration
The SHE Lead KSA acts as a focal point for risk management and cross-functional alignment:

Serve as point of contact for extra volume requests, liquidations and adjustments, updating SPS and CAN-Do plans accordingly.

Coordinate closely with Deploy teams to support execution risk mitigation, including:
