Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting

In this Full Cycle Recruiter Dubai position, you will:

Own end-to-end recruiting across engineering and selected business functions
- Source, screen and manage pipelines for AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Deployment roles
- Map competitive talent pools across global markets, especially in AI hubs
Manage candidate logistics and experience
- Schedule interviews, coordinate onsite loops and ensure all logistics run smoothly
- Prepare interviewers so each conversation feels structured, respectful and aligned with Brain Co’s values
- Keep candidates informed at every step with clear, timely communication
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership
- Partner with the Head of Engineering and local leadership to refine hiring needs
- Improve interview processes, rubrics and debrief structures
- Continually raise the bar on speed and quality of hiring
Design data-driven sourcing strategies
- Build outbound campaigns targeting high-impact AI talent globally
