Regional Inventory and Planning Manager MENA Job Description

The Regional Inventory and Planning Manager MENA is responsible for developing accurate, timely demand forecasts and planning inventory for the MENA region. You’ll work closely with the global Inventory and Planning team to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time, at the right cost.

  • Build and maintain demand forecasts based on industry trends, historical data and business inputs

  • Balance inventory working capital with high in-stock rates that support regional sales goals

  • Oversee regional SKU ordering, ensuring products are available for customers in MENA

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Planning and Merchandising to align on a consensus demand plan

  • Manage relationships with regional vendors and work with the global inventory team to optimize stock across the full SKU portfolio

Key Job Responsibilities

Forecasting and Demand Planning

  • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends, seasonal patterns and demand signals

  • Estimate future product demand at regional, category and SKU levels

  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance, updating models and assumptions as needed

  • Analyze historical demand, promotional performance and internal/external trends to refine forecasts

  • Perform post-performance forecast analytics to understand gaps, identify root causes and improve forecasting approaches

Risk Management and Performance Monitoring

  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation plans related to demand variability and supply constraints

  • Monitor and report on key changes in demand forecasts, budgets and business strategies

Inventory Planning and Procurement

  • Execute strategic procurement plans using demand outputs, inventory levels and supplier metrics

  • Work with Merchandising to understand category strategies and ensure stock supports assortment and growth plans

  • Collaborate closely with Supply Planning to maintain a holistic view of market performance, vendor reliability and future expectations

  • Deliver actionable reporting, KPI updates and metric data, including forecast accuracy and inventory performance

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a closely related role

  • Preferably experience in an eCommerce environment or a fast-paced, data-heavy business
