Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Lead recruitment and onboarding for teachers joining in Academic Year 2026/27.

Support the Cluster Manager – People & Culture in attracting high-quality educators locally and internationally.

Use Oracle or other ATS platforms to advertise roles and manage candidate lifecycles.

Handle advertising, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and candidate tracking for all school-based staff.

Conduct pre-employment safer recruitment checks, including:

Reference checks

Suitability/police clearances

Follow-up on any outstanding or flagged issues

Coordinate new starter induction in school, ensuring communication and documentation are clear before employment begins.

Liaise with IT for system access, email setup and staff ID card processing.

Manage ADEK pass applications and processing for new staff, clarifying timelines and providing guidance.

Coordinate probation processes in line with group-wide policies.

Support performance review and appraisal cycles to help the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) maintain a high-performance culture.

Track key performance cases and provide reports to HQ HR as required.

Monitor, book and track professional development activities for school staff.

Provide PD reports to SLT, School Operations Manager and HQ HR Operations upon request.
HR Operations

Manage health insurance applications, renewals and cancellations for staff in coordination with HQ Public Relations.

Oversee time and attendance systems and reporting for school staff.

Issue HR letters such as NOCs, bank letters, government or immigration letters, and experience letters.

Keep the school’s organisation chart up to date and ensure HQ is informed of any changes.

Compile and report HR KPIs, including:

Absence and turnover
