Job Description
The Healthcare Consulting Intern supports Medtronic’s IHS team on active engagements with providers. Your deliverables will live in Excel (trackers, basic models, tidy datasets) and PowerPoint (storylined slides for internal reviews and client discussions).
You’ll also conduct secondary research on best practices, benchmarks, and market insights, synthesizing what you find into short, citation-ready summaries. Day to day, you’ll join internal meetings, contribute to workstreams, and learn how consultants frame hypotheses, validate with data, and turn findings into pragmatic recommendations.

Project Coordination: Schedule meetings, maintain action logs, track milestones, and keep stakeholders aligned on next steps.
-
