Job Description

As the Front Office Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless stay from check-in to check-out. You will manage a team of front desk associates, oversee operations, and act as the main point of contact for both guests and staff during your shift.

The position demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism. You’ll also ensure all brand standards and operational guidelines are followed to maintain Mövenpick’s reputation for quality service.


Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead front office associates, providing training, schedules, and feedback.

  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes for a smooth and welcoming experience.
