Job Description – Outlet Manager

The Outlet Manager will lead their assigned venue, ensuring it meets Sofitel’s standards for service, ambiance, and operational excellence. From managing daily shifts to overseeing inventory and guiding staff, this role demands a blend of leadership, organization, and guest-focused service. The position also requires strategic involvement in scheduling, staff training, and maintaining brand standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • Manage schedules, training programs, and performance feedback for staff.
